MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral) Petitioners make certain allegations of illegal mining for which they have already submitted various representations which are on record as Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-5.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, we would, without commenting on the merits of the case, deem it appropriate to direct the official respondents to decide the representations (Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-5) as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly. Petition stands disposed of.
