The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned order dated 27.03.2017 (Annexure P-4) whereby the property/premises in question i.e. plot No. 12, Tansport Nagar, Sector-26, Chandigarh, was sealed by respondent No. 3.

After arguing for sometime, it was prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. However, liberty be granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy, if any, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
