DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to issue direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) for registration of FIR under Section 174-A IPC against the proclaimed offenders in case titled as "Cdr. Kuldeepak Mittal v. JS Bajwa and others".

As per affidavit dated 11.10.2023 of Dr. Sandeep Kumar Garg, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) filed on behalf of respondent-State, FIR No.215, dated 27.09.2023, under Section 174-A IPC has been registered at Police Station Sadar Kharar, District SAS Nagar, against Sukhwinder Mohan Lal and Baldev Singh, which is under investigation.

As such, no further direction is required to be passed. Disposed of.
