The petitioner, incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

Vide order dated 17.09.2025, this Court had granted interim regular bail to the petitioner subject to his joining investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigator and concerned Superintendent of Police was directed to conduct further investigation in the FIR captioned above for recovery of proceeds of crime. 3.

Counsel for the complainant as well as State does not dispute the aforesaid fact and counsel for the complainant submits that he has no objection if the interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
