(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents by forming Special Investigation Team consisting of Senior Officers of the Department other than the Officers of the District Patiala in order to decide the representation dated 01.08.2023 given by the petitioner to respondent No.2 and further order official respondents to conduct fair and just enquiry into the matter.
