**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to adjust them against vacant post in the respective dispensaries, where they were transferred on joining of regular employees, after extending the term of engagement of petitioners in Group D owing to fact that the posts are lying vacant with respondent Nos.2 to 5 and recommendation has also been made to the higher authorities for extension of their contract. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that she will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Civil Surgeon ESI Health Care, Gurgaon, to consider the representation dated 30.06.2019 (Annexure P-10, colly) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the representation dated 30.06.2019 (Annexure P-10, colly), within a period of

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
