**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking benefit of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) Scheme after completion of 4, 9, 14 years of service. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners limits his prayer to an early consideration and decision in the legal notice dated 01.03.2017 (Annexure P-6) served by the petitioners upon the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 01.03.2017 (Annexure P6) served by the petitioners upon the respondents by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
