***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 13.07.2021 (Annexure P-15) rejecting claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of MPHW (Male) amongst the reserved category of BC-A.

Petitioner's name is stated to be in the waiting list. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per information obtained under RTI Act, some posts as on today are lying vacant, since for one or the other reason, same have not been filled up.

In view of the above, petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take steps to fill up the said vacant posts as per advertisement. Benefit of the performance to the candidates on the waiting list be given as per their merit, in accordance with law, provided of course, if posts remained unfilled during the subsistence of the waiting list and, are vacant even today. Subject to verification thereof, needful be done within a period of 30 days from today.
