The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Commission to grant sixteen marks of experience to the petitioner for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher/ TGT-English, pursuant to advertisement no.9 of 2015, dated 23.7.2015, and issued letter of appointment.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's experience certificate, dated 9.9.2015, has been considered valid, and marks have been awarded to her on that basis as per the criteria. The Commission is in the process of forwarding her name for selection, which will be done within three weeks. He also contends that further action of issuing the letter of appointment on the basis of recommendation will be expeditiously taken by respondent no.2. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of as infructuous.
