(ORAL) The present petition has been moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the official respondents to take legal action on the representation dated 19.07.2021 submitted by the petitioner, who lost her young son.

As per the case of the petitioner, the matter was recorded in general diary on 26.06.2021, however no action in the form of inquiry has followed.

Without commenting on the merit of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as stated in her detailed representation dated 19.07.2021. Needful be done expeditiously.
