Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the despite the fact that FIR No.301 dated 26.12.2018 under Sections 452, 323, 506, 427, 148, 149, 379-B & 354 IPC, Police Station City Faridkot was lodged at the instance of the petitioner in the month of December, 2018 but no effective investigation has been conducted till date and in fact all the accused have not even been arrested.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case and veracity of the allegations, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot to look into the matter GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.06 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
