**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of communication dated 16th June, 2016 (appended as Annexure P-2).

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the aforesaid communication is liable to be quashed being non-reasoned and non-speaking. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 referred to Annexure R-4, wherein, a copy of the Banking Ombudsman order dated 20th September, 2016 had been appended. According to the learned counsel, the detailed and reasoned order had been passed for rejecting the plea of the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that though the order dated 20th September, 2016 has been appended along with the written statement filed on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2, however, copy thereof had not been supplied to the petitioner.
