NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 2nd petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sahinta, 2023, is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action upon the representation dated 23.07.2024 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner before the respondents No. 2 and 3 and decide the same in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 2Superintendent of Police, Narnaul, Haryana, to consider and take a final decision on the representation dated 23.07.2024 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
