In The High Court for the States of Punjab and Haryana At Chandigarh INCOMP-221-2024 Date of Decision:- 22.11.2024 Ajay ... Petitioner

Versus

State of Haryana ... Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- None for the petitioner.

***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J . (Oral) The instant petition was instituted in this Court on 21.12.2020. The petition was scrutinized by the Registry and certain objections were raised, but the learned counsel did not take steps to remove the said objections during the prescribed period of 40 days, as prescribed in Rule-9 Chapter-1, Part-A, Volume-V of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules & Orders.

Even after the publication of the note on the official website of this Court requesting the Advocate to collect the instant case for re-filing after removal of objections, the needful was not done. The Registry has consequently listed the matter before this Court "under INCOMPLETE category" seeking appropriate orders.

Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. The MOHAN SINGH 2024.11.22 17:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh
