Mr. Harit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, during the course of the hearing, has pointed out certain flaws in the acceptance of non confidence motion on the premise that the petitioner had never been served with the notice of the aforementioned meeting of no confidence.
Be that as it may. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take all the points before the aforementioned authority in case such appeal is filed along with the interim application. The Secretary, Local Department shall decide the application for interim stay within one week. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
