Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 of Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Ajay Kumar @ Aji, in case FIR No. 77, dated 13.05.2025, under Sections 22, 21-61-85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot, Distt. Pathankot.

In the present case, on 08.10.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "1.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner is involved in five other cases, the details of which are as under:- (i) FIR No. 48, dated 20.11.2019, u/s 21, 29-61-85 of NDPS Act, PS Nangal Bhoor.

(ii) FIR No. 26, dated 06.03.2021, u/s 21-61-85 of NDPS Act, PS Sadar Pathankot.

(iii) FIR No. 38, daed 13.05.2021, u/s 21B, 29-61-85 of NDPS Act, PS Behrampur, District Gurdaspur.

(iv) FIR No. 109, dated 17.06.2021, u/s 21B-61-85 of NDPS Act, PS Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur and (iv) FIR No. 93, dated 24.09.2022, u/s 21, 29-61-85 of NDPS Act, PS Sadar Pathankot.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has already been released on default bail.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
