Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 is unnecessary harassing the petitioner without any case registered against her or her son.
Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation with regard to her grievance to Senior Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar, who on filing of such representation, will look into it and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to petitioner or her son from any action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against them in accordance with law.
