(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed for restraining respondent no. 2 from disbursing the amount of compensation in lieu of the acquired land of Late Bhoop Singh, predecessor-in-interest of the petitioners on the basis of alleged forged and fabricated Will dated 05.02.1988 which is already under challenge before the Civil Court. Counsel does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to avail his alternative remedy before the Civil Court.
