**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition are seeking quashing of FIR No.33 dated 22.04.2022 registered at Police Station Lambran, District Jalandhar, under Section 376-D IPC.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, on the instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh submits that the cancellation report stands approved by SSP, Jalandhar (Rural) and it would be filed latest by 28.02.2023. In view of the statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.

The petitioners are at liberty to move an appropriate application, if something survives.
