(Oral) In view of the letter dated 27.03.2017 (Annexure P-2) written by Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bagha Purana to the Sarpanch with regard to disagreement of seven members of the Gram Panchayat vis-a-vis development works being carried out, whereby, the work has been ordered to be stopped, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Block Development and Panchayat Officer or Director Development for redressal of their grievance. In view of the aforementioned, the present writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
