ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure P-3), whereby respondent No. 4-Dharampal, E-Forester (Special Duty), Raipur Rani (T) Range, has since been transferred as Incharge, Trilokpur Block. It is urged that under the rules, respondent No. 4 could not have been assigned such a duty.

Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition, so as to enable the petitioner to represent to the respondents, as regards his grievance, in the first instance.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. In the event, the petitioner makes a representation to the respondents, within a week from today, the same shall be considered and dealt with within a period of four weeks from the receipt the said representation. And, appropriate orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
