Mr. Rohit Arya, DAG, Haryana *** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Challenge before this Court is qua an order dated 25.11.2020 (Annexure P-1) vide which petitioners serving as Supervisors (Female) have been transferred at different places, allegedly at a distant place i.e. 150-200 Kms.

It so transpires that during pendency of the proceedings and before the impugned transfer order could be adjudicated, official respondents have sought fresh options from the petitioners to seek place of posting in accordance with the Transfer Policy.

In the premise, writ petition is disposed of with an expectation that appropriate orders in terms of the Transfer Policy shall be passed by considering the options given by the petitioners. Disposed of accordingly.
