(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks regularisation of his services by relying upon Section 6 of the Punjab Ad hoc, Contractual, Daily Wage, Temporary, work charged and Outsourced Employees' Welfare Act, 2016. It is contended that in this regard a legal notice dated 14.03.2017 (Annexure P-11) has already been served upon the respondents which is still pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration and decision in the legal notice dated 14.03.2017 (Annexure P-11) served by the petitioner upon the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 14.03.2017 (Annexure P11) served by the petitioner upon the respondents by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
