Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1 has since been arrested and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous qua petitioner no.1. 2.

Learned counsel has further submitted that as regards petitioner no.2, complete antecedents could not be furnished in the petition due to inadvertence. Thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition to file afresh giving complete particulars.
