JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who is working as Deputy Chief Engineer, Operation Circle, PSPCL, Ferozepur, by way of this petition has sought for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise and upgrade his Annual Confidential Reports for the period 01.4.2013 to 31.7.2013 (P.4) and 01.08.2013 to 31.3.2014 (P.5).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel realizing that certain amendments in the pleadings are required, prays for permission to withdraw the instant writ petition, to file a fresh one with better particulars.
