**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the FIR No.10 dated 25.01.2014 under Sections 364, 302, 201, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Doraha, District Khanna (Annexure P-1).

The present petition is disposed of in view of the undertaking of the State that the final report shall be presented after further investigation within a period of 04 weeks from today.

Needless to say, in case an inculpatory report under Section 173(2) is submitted, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court once again by way of an appropriate petition.
