Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the proceedings pending before the State Information Commission in Appeal No. 46 of 2018 filed by respondent No. 2 (Sawinder Kaur).
Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that desired information in terms of application dated 12.07.2017 (P-1) shall be supplied to respondent No. 2 through her counsel during the course of day. In view of the above, present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
It is made clear that in case respondent No. 2 feels aggrieved, she would be at liberty to move an appropriate application for recalling of DINESH KUMAR 2022.08.17 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document this order.
CWP No. 6388 of 2018 (O&M) -2In view of the above order, learned counsel for applicant - Raghubir Singh, does not press the application bearing CM-5939-CWP2020, seeking his impleadment as party-respondent No. 3. The above application is disposed off as not pressed. However, it is clarified that in case the applicant, if having any grievance, he would be at liberty to take recourse of the remedy available under law.
