This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.55 dated 28.07.2020 registered under Sections 498-A, 377, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 376(2)N of IPC added later on) at Police Station Women Police Station, Gurgaon, District Gurugram. 2.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 06.09.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
