(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.412 dated 11.10.2021 under Sections 324, 379-B, 307, 379, 411, 201, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner has been acquitted in the aforesaid FIR, therefore, instant petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
