(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh submits that police registered FIR against respondent No.4 who entered into compromise with petitioner and filed CRM-M-44130-2019 seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. This Court vide order dated 26.02.2020 has set aside FIR No.161 dated 28.09.2019 registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, under Sections 498-A/494/420/406/465/468 of IPC, thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
