SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 BNSS seeking pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.74 dated 25.04.2025 under Sections 21(b),27-A of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at P.S B Division, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one after removing the clerical errors being crept in the same.

Prayer is accepted.
