(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 10.06.2016 and 07.07.2016 (Annexure P-4 Colly.) passed by respondent no.5 and the order dated 24.03.2017 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.5 vide which the probation period was extended for six months upto 09.03.2017; ; along with certain other prayers.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
