In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the adequate interest on the delayed payment on the complete retiral benefits from the date when the same were due to be paid. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide representation dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. In event, the petitioner is held entitled for grant of relief as per the law as claimed in the representation dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P-3), the same be also released within a period of 02 months thereafter.
