On 22.09.2022, the following order was passed : "Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners herein would contend that on the basis of an FIR No.12 that has been registered against the petitioners on 11.12.2015, the petitioners are now facing departmental proceedings arising out of the same issue. It is contended that in case the departmental proceedings are allowed to continue, the petitioners would be put to great prejudice in the criminal trial. He places reliance upon Capt. M. Paul Anthony Versus Bharat Gold Mines Ltd., 1999 AIR (SC) 1416 and State Bank of India and others Versus Neelam Nag and another, 2016(9) SCC 491, to support his contention.
