CRWP-7875-2024 Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing official respondents to look into the representation/complaint, dated 05.07.2024, Annexure P-3, of the petitioner and also for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner as the private respondents once have tried to kill him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has already filed representation, Annexure P-3, before respondent No.2 on 05.07.2024, however, no action has been taken on the same till date.
