This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents No. 5 and 6 and not to interfere in the life of the petitioners with a further prayer to take action on the representation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 27.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 27.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
