The hearing of this petition has been taken up through video conferencing on account of outbreak of corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic. Through this petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner is seeking direction for conducting judicial enquiry in respect of search proceedings conducted at the office premises of her husband, Sh. Ankur Garg on 11.12.2020 and his illegal detention from 10.11.2020 till his arrest on 12.11.2020. A further direction has been sought that seizure of Digital Video Recorder on 11.12.2020 installed in the office premises be held to be illegal and a copy of panchnama be supplied.
