The petitioner, who was appointed on 19.10.2019 as Punjabi Mistress in Government School was transferred to SD Govt. High School, Maur Mandi, District Bathinda, on submission of her application for it but was relieved without there being any reliever and finding the same to be against the interest of minor school going children, the same was cancelled. In this regard, instructions were issued to take disciplinary proceedings against the Heads of schools. 2.

This Court had as far back as on 17.11.2021 granted status quo and now more than three years having elapsed, the petitioner would even otherwise be up for transfer in terms of the Policy of 2019. 3.
