Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Anil Ahluwalia, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
The petitioner is aggrieved against the memo dated 16.02.2018 on the basis of which show cause notice has been issued on 21.02.2018, to which it has already filed reply but since no adverse order has been passed so far, as stated, therefore, in my considered opinion, the present petition is pre-mature at this stage and is dismissed as such.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the legal remedy(ies) available to it in case any adverse order is still passed after considering the reply filed by it to the show cause notice. March 28, 2018 (Rakesh Kumar Jain) vinod* Judge Whether speaking / reasoned:
