The petitioner availed house loan from the respondent-Bank but having failed to pay the installments, the principal amount recoverable from him as per his calculation is `1,88,150/-. The statement of account supplied by counsel for the Bank reveals that the total amount payable by the petitioner is `3,63,074/- as on 09.05.2018. The petitioner was directed to deposit some installments vide our order dated 15.03.2018 but that order has not been complied with.

[2] In these circumstances but keeping in view the financial condition of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner deposits `65,000/- before 31.05.2018 and monthly Meenu 2018.05.23 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh installment of `1.00 lac in June, July and August, 2018, no coercive action

CWP-6473-2018 -2shall be taken subject to the final settlement of loan account before 15.09.2018.
