AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Concededly, order dated 28.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) is appealable. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority along with interim application. Resultantly, the present writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case, any such interim application is filed, the same shall be decided after issuing notice to other party within a period of 15 days.
