CRM-M-40084-2024 Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of FIR No.242 dated 22.04.2024 under Sections 148,149,308,323,427,452,506 IPC registered at P.S City Jagadhri District Yamuna Nagar on the basis of compromise dated 06.06.2024 (Annexure P.2) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the very outset, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw the petition.

Prayer is accepted.
