***** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No.121 dated 11.04.2021 under Section 294, 34, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been compromised and aforestated FIR has been quashed vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-37697-2024, therefore, the present petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
