(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming the re-fixation of their pay in view of the orders of this Court passed in CWP No.5563-A of 1989 and CWP No.16084 of 1997 which were upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide order dated 08.12.2015 (Annexure P-5).

Notice of motion was issued on 03.05.2018.

Counsel for the parties agree that similar writ petition being CWP No.31188 of 2018 wherein also the same relief, as being prayed in the present writ petition was sought, has been disposed of on 10.12.2018.
