HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA PRESENT: - Mr. Kuldeep Sheoran, Advocate, for the petitioners. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari modifying clause 11 of Teachers Transfer Policy 2016 amendment, dated 13.04.2022, Annexure P-2, and amendment dated 09.08.2023, Annexure P-3, to the extent petitioners have been deprived of the benefit of additional honorarium of ` 10,000 per month for the period from 13.04.2022 till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the first respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the first respondent is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 20.06.2024, Annexure P-4, in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent-Additional Chief Secretary, Department of School Education, to consider and decide the pending legal notice, dated 20.06.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from receiving a certified copy of this order.
