(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.359, dated 16.09.2020, registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal, under Sections 370, 384, 406, 420, 506 IPC and Section 24 of the Emigration Act, 1983 (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 01.12.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Report dated 09.11.2021 has been received from the trial Court according to which Jagtar Singh @ Judi son of Amar Singh is not a party to a compromise. Statements of Kiran, Brijesh @ Durgesh as well as Kanwar Pal have been recorded according to which, the compromise is genuine and has been entered into without any undue influence or threat. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.359, dated 16.09.2020, registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal, under Sections 370, 384, 406, 420, 506 IPC and Section 24 of the Emigration Act, 1983 (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
