This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.133, dated 23.03.2021, under Sections 177, 199, 200, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.5, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
