Mr. Neeraj Madaan, Advocate for respondents No. 2 and 3. **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) In terms of the previous order, respondents No. 2 and 3 has filed an affidavit and para No. 7 of the same reads as follows:

"That the complainant/Ramandeep Kaur approached to this Hon'ble Court in the present petition with a prayer for cancellation of bail to the deponents on the false ground that no dowry articles has been returned to the petitioner by the deponents as per the conditions of the bail. It is pertinent to mention here that the dowry articles/belongings of the complainant/petitioner as mentioned above which are lying with the deponent's family are already handed over to the petitioner/complainant to the investigation agency. It is again submit that the petitioner/complainant has already taken away all the gold ornaments from her matrimonial home, when she left her matrimonial home on 10.01.2022."

Counsel for the petitioner has also filed a counter to the affidavit today in the Court, which is taken on record and extracted as follows: "It is relevant to submit here that during the investigation, it has come on record that parents of present petitioner namely Ramandeep Kaur have given istri dhan (dowry items) inlcuidng one double bed with back rest, sofa set 7 seater, one table, one LCD, one cooker, one wooden almirah, 6 glasses of steel have been recovered and parents of complainant have given one bullet motorcycle and gold and DMC of complainant have not been returned by respondents namely Amandeep Singh son of Mukhtyar Singh, Kasmira Bai wife of Mukhtyar Singh and Mukhtyar Singh son of Teja Singh resident of Prabhat Singh Wala Uttar."

CRM-M-45307-2022 -2Given this disputed fact, let the complainant hand over all the cash memos of the aforesaid articles and in case, the cash memos are not available, the price at which the same were purchased and respondents No. 2 and 3 to make a fixed deposit of the said amount with an automatic renewal clause and the said fixed deposit shall be made by the respondent/accused in his own name and the original shall be handed over to the SHO. The same shall be returned after the disputes between the parties are settled. The concerned Court, who is dealing with the trial shall adjudicate that whose party the fixed deposit are to be given. The fixed deposit be made within 15 days from today.

Given above, the present petition stands disposed of. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
