The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 01.05.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Hisar in CRA/195/2025 titled "Pawan Kumar Vs. Narender & Another" whereby the appellant-convict is directed to deposit 20% of compensation amount within a period of 60 days.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
