The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.08.2010 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-1929-1991.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that they have preferred review application in CWP-1929-1991. 3.

In view of the same, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4.

Liberty is however granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him in accordance with law after the decision of review filed by the petitioner.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
